Technology Audits
Gearing up for the rollout of Revit? Wondering how your current technology will stack up to the demands of file storage or access to critical content? Need a fully cohesive technology plan for the next 12 months, 24 months, or even 5 years? Let BIMWERX take a look.
Don’t Future-proof Your Technology Decisions
We follow technology pretty closely and we are always looking for more cost-effective ways of doing things. Migrating from CAD to Revit can be daunting, but you have a friend in the space. We can evaluate your hardware and software infrastructure and propose a technology path that is tailored to your company’s specific needs.
You need to make sure you have budgeted correctly for the next 12, 18, or 36 months into the future. Hardware configurations including servers and workstations as well as storage options, and collaboration techniques should all be considered when planning. This is not a CAD workflow anymore. Servers of old may not be the path for your Revit expansion, you may not have to buy the super-expensive graphics cards being proposed by your hardware vendor, and you certainly do not want to commit to a certain technology only to have it obsolete in a few years.
